Ekhaya Finders is committed to protecting your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This centre explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

POPIA Compliance

Ekhaya Finders is a registered information officer under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (Act 4 of 2013). We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis — your consent, a contractual obligation, or a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.

  • We collect only what is necessary for the service we provide.
  • We never sell your personal data to third parties.
  • We retain data only as long as necessary, then delete it securely.
  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Data breaches will be reported to the Information Regulator within 72 hours.

Opt out of credit bureau reporting or lender data sharing at any time.

Request that we limit how we process your data while a complaint is reviewed.
